The room was very clean and there were ample towels, blankets, and anything else you may have expected in the room. moreover, once I used something or if I needed more of anything I just asked the first employee I saw, and they handled my request. It was nice having somebody take it upon themselves versus pass off my request to somebody else. The food was more than sufficient with both cold and hot choices, pastries, and even though the juice machine was down, there was still coffee, hot chocolate tea, milk, and even water employees even asked if there was anything I needed or if everything was OK that they would be able to get me juice if I desired. I just found everybody to be friendly, very helpful and attempted to my needs and took my request serious. I even was able to get help at three in the morning within a minute at the front desk, which is not really typical at most places. It definitely would stay again and was very happy with the price and service.

Remote key retrieval didn't work but help line got it figured out quickly. I've stayed here multiple times. It's quiet and cute

The person at the desk during my check-in, Jason, was professional, friendly and very welcoming. We had a couple of good laughs as he very efficiently got my room ready. The hotel is large with lots of entrances and hallways. I got a little confused about where my room was. But the room was comfortable and clean. A very good value and a very friendly staff.

What a truly unique building that was enjoyable to stay at the rooms were super cool and huge. Great 21st anniversary
