“Boquete Cloud Forest Lodge is one of the most beautiful places on earth! The owner is one of the most fascinating people you’ll ever meet, and we enjoyed our meals with him. While the rest of the staff was very nice, helpful, and accommodating, we had a major issue with one specific female staff member. Upon arrival, she was quite rude and flatly refused to answer basic questions about our reservation, stating that she would not assist us until 3:00 PM. “Clean room, staff very pleasant and helpful. Only complaint was the lukewarm water in shower BUT I learned that if I had let the water run for 30 minutes, it would have gotten warm. That would have been nice to know before I took that lukewarm shower.”
