The room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke, as well as the bath tub not holding water for our child to take a bath. We got an air freshener, went to dinner hoping when we got back it would smell better and it didn’t even help. So I went down to talk to the people at the desk to see if we could switch rooms. Her only options was for us to just leave. So i asked to speak to a manager and she said they would call me on Monday and never received a call. They also have an ice machine outside that anybody in Spokane can use since it’s not locked away. And their pool they let anybody in the neighborhood swim in. It’s also not heated.
