"Empezar contando que nosotros los reservamos para el campamento de Zagora. El dueño del campamento me escribió por whatsapp comentandome que al final en el de Zagora no tenían hueco y me pasaron al de Tagounite (60 km mas abajo de Zagora). El campamento está una duna bastante grande, alejado de la carretera a 16 km de Tagounite. Está decorado bastante bien para estar en medio del desierto, tienen agua y electricidad. El baño estaba un poco sucio, pero nada importante, toral para pasar una noche...

"Our stay was everything that was promised. The premises were as luxurious as the surrounding could possibly permit (i.e., out in the middle of nowhere). "Room was supposed to be a privilege room although looked nothing like picture was much smaller and balcony wall paint was coming off, air con did not work it just made the room hotter so had to sleep with patio door open all night. The pool bar was hardly ever staffed and a lot of people complained about this. In all bars drinks were served in paper cups, as never enough glasses left. There were never enough pool towels for people at the pool. Went to the spa which was not clean disgusting mould dripping from the roof into the heated pool. Food in Italian speciality restaurant was over cooked and dried out, Moroccan restaurant food was very bland. Main buffet was nice but repetitive. ended up with extremely bad stomach bug on last day which could have been down to the mould dripping in spa pool, or food who knows? The beach photos on the website bear no resemblance whatsoever to the sad row of beds on rocks with umbrellas propped up against the sea wall. When I queried with the staff in reception about the room we had received they were extremely rude and could not have cared less. All in all quite a disappointing experience and definitely would not rate 4 star as per Hotels . com website "

"Despite its premium pricing by Moroccan standards, this hotel fails to deliver a true five-star experience. Service is slow, inconsistent, and often inattentive, with management appearing overly focused on delegation rather than actively supporting operations. A more hands-on leadership approach is clearly needed. The beach service was particularly poor, with staff rarely engaging guests and even displaying unprofessional behaviour during a heated staff dispute. The adults’ pool area also felt neglected, with disengaged lifeguards and little effort to manage sunbeds or maintain cleanliness. Dining lacked consistency, from unclear service standards to disorganised breakfast operations, where guests were left confused and staff appeared idle. The ongoing issue of birds entering indoor dining areas further detracts from the experience. While food quality is generally good, prices are high compared to better local alternatives. Water pricing is excessive, especially given prior communication suggesting it would be complimentary. In a hot climate, the lack of accessible free water feels particularly unreasonable. Overall, while the property is visually impressive, service shortcomings significantly undermine the experience. With stronger leadership and clearer standards, the hotel has potential, but currently falls short of expectations."

"Room was lovely and clean only one small thing no towels in room had to request some at reception which arrived straight away. Buffet dinner was not very good, most food was cold and hardly any choice we did complain about it but because I signed they were not going to not charge me, but after a lot of negotiation they gave us 50% discount Most of all it's a lovely hotel "
