“Amazing place”

“White beach exceeded our expectations. Friendly greeting in amazing huge reception area Beautiful grounds running down to promenade & amazing long, wide “surfers paradise” beach. Room was large and spotless. Great bathroom / shower. Good WiFi. Dining / all inclusive was fantastic - food was top class both in options & quality. Incredible meat dishes, lots of fish and seafood options. Moroccan style food available every day and desserts made as you watched A la Carte meal at Azha was great -……

“Emplacement magnifique Face a la plage point fort cependant plage très mal aménagée point à revoir par rapport à vos concurrents…. Restauration très très moyenne par rapport au standing de l’hôtel Petit déjeuner à revoir Dîner à revoir Chambre magnifique Petit problème d’organisation 1 seule personne pour faire l’intégralité des chambres par étage La chambre pas faite avant 17h30 !!!! Pas normal pour un hôtel de cette catégorie Beaucoup de personnel dans les restaurants par contre 1……

“Für den Preis hätte ich insgesamt mehr erwartet. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die sehr bequemen Betten, die für einen angenehmen Schlaf gesorgt haben. Die Lage ist allerdings etwas außerhalb, was je nach Planung unpraktisch sein kann. Zudem liegen die Preise deutlich über dem, was man von einem normalen europäischen Standard kennt – insbesondere angesichts dessen, dass sich die Unterkunft in Marokko befindet.”

“We were delighted with this hotel. From check in to check out we received the best attention and service from every member of staff we encountered. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Zac gave us a garden view room which was away from the pool area and very peaceful and quiet. The adult pool area was perfect. Overlooking the ocean and away from the main family pool it had waiter service from the restaurant bar and a lovely restaurant for lunch. The pool guys were attentive,……

“Excelente servicio por parte de todo el staff, la habitación era muy bonita, la playa del hotel excelente y el hotel ofrece varias actividades como surf y volleyball.”

“The toilet seat in my room was completely broken - both parts - making it very uncomfortable to use. A plug socket to the left of my bed was not screwed in making it very dangerous to use. Although I arrived at the property at 6.30pm there was nobody on reception that could speak English For some reason the web-form I had to complete for registration didn't work, even though I was instructed to try it 4 times. This had to be completed manually in the morning!”

“Great view of the sunset over the ocean from the room. All clean and beautifully decorated. Friendly staff. Lovely swimming pool. Tasty breakfast. Free shuttle to the beach though the walk is fine too. Good options available for dinner but pricing could be more transparent - also more expensive than local restaurants around, as you’d expect. We had a great stay and definitely hope to come back! ”

“We arrived very late due to issues with our plane landing . The concierge was so lovely and upgraded our room . She was very friendly and made us tea. The hotel was beautiful with a lovely roof terrace . ”

“The rooms are huge and comfortable, though they are a bit dated and need a refurb. The food was what let us down. It’s really not great and not much Option. Also not much to do near the hotel it’s secluded. Surf lessons were good but the waves aren’t great in this area.”
