Nice quiet hotel. Got very sick though idk if it was from the heat vents or room or hot tub,but trying to kick the cold now. Haven’t been this sick in years!

There’s was some foot noise above my room.

Water leak from the bathroom ceiling, ask fir house keeping and they didnt clean the kust made the bed and new towels.. breakfast was good

The property is in an excellent location, between the airport and Syracuse University. It took us about the same amount of time to get everywhere we needed to go. Rideshares found it easily. Unfortunately, other guests were loud in the afternoon and late into the evening. Smoke seeped into our room from whatever neighbors were smoking various substances. Make sure you note 454 JAMES, not E James. Front desk was always friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy. Room was a bit small but it worked for us.

Excellent staff at the front desk & in dining services: friendly & helpful. Food quality was ok. Fitness center was good but 1 treadmill was not functioning. Overall: very good. Thank you!
