“We really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. The space was exactly as described, very spacious and cozy. The owners were kind and helpful, the TV was playing up and wouldn’t connect to the internet and they tried their best to get it working. The only things that need to be noted are that because the property has a septic tank the toilet struggles to flush properly and fills up really high with water before it goes back down and need a double flush, and when we first walked into the bathroom there……

“Very clean and comfortable. Good bed and shower. Plenty of good quality linen. For a longer stay clothes storage might be an issue as most of the wardrobe (could do with more hangers), bedside tables and chest of drawers were taken up with the owner's personal belongings. Our stay was 2 weeks so we kept our suitcases open on the bed in the other bedroom (which is not included in the let). Once we sorted ourselves out with all that we had a lovely time and were very happy and comfortable in the……

“Nice base for our busy stay. Lovely presentation and comfortable. Access is a bit steep from the parking spot but you can temporarily park down the drive to unload.”

“I had the best 2 nights here - the chalet was clean and well stocked, down to the extra pillows, blanket, hairdryer and complimentary breakfast. The hot tub was delightful and just what I needed to fully unwind from the hustle and bustle of Auckland. This experience was such a breeze and I was undisturbed throughout my whole stay - I would highly recommend this place and will most definitely be back in winter to try the hot tub!!”

This was the perfect home for her and the extended family was able to pop in before the ceremony to say hello. Plenty of lovely deck space to spread out on without getting under each other's feet.”

“A lovely little cottage with a well equipped kitchen and beautiful outlook over trees and sea. This was a relaxing break that felt far from the city but was just a short drive to beaches, cafes, shops and even a cinema.”

“This is a great spot for a group holiday stay. It is close to multiple beaches (but I would recommend driving rather than walking to them). The house has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Jason is a very responsive and kind host.”
