This hotel has so much potential. Beautiful Victorian style designs, big rooms. But there are some significant issues they need to fix. 1. Cleanliness. It is very dusty. I have a dust allergy and slept awfully here. Under the bed was insanely dusty, there were chips on the floor when we got our room, it just isn’t the cleanest place. 2. General maintenance. Our tub didn’t drain properly. Showering meant water slowly pooling up around your ankles because it drained so so slowly. The AC doesn’t work below a certain temp outside, but the windows don’t open so every night I would wake up to a very hot room and no way to cool it down, because the AC was “on” but doesn’t cool below a certain temp. I saw a lot of reviews saying the AC didn’t work but thought it wouldn’t be an issue because we were staying during a cooler month, but the room got way hotter than outside and no openable windows meant no way to cool it down. 3. Internet. They claim to have Internet, but most of the time they may as well not have it at all. It constantly drops, half the time says “connected, no internet”, and when it did work, was so slow you couldn’t watch a video or download an episode of a show. The cable box didn’t work either so this was so much fun… Overall, I wanted so badly to love this hotel. The aesthetic was exactly what I had hoped for, beautiful trim and moulding, intricate furniture, and lovely decor. It just desperately needs some attention and maintenance to reach its full potential

I would not recommend this to anyone. The windows were falling apart. The heat was not turned on to the unit. There was a wood bar braving the front window

While the property offered reasonable accommodation, it is not a hotel. There are no services, amenities or support on site and was operated more like a studio apartment for rent. It was clean, reasonably maintained and had some kitchen equipment but I am not sure why it needed a full size dishwasher when there was no stove or microwave to cook with. The supplied 4 cups, glasses and plates would never fill it! The main issue with the place was parking. It was a nightmare and really impacted our trip. There is parking outside the hotel but it is limited to 1 hour. Neighboring streets are 2 hours, plenty of business lots but all restricted with threats of towing, we could not even find a paying lot anywhere close. We messaged the front desk to ask for suggestions and no one ever replied. We spend most of our 4 days trying to work out where to leave the car and then street cleaning added an extra complication. We ended up with a parking ticket and seriously considered leaving a day early because of the hassle. Decent accommodation but they should come to an agreement with a local business to use underutilized parking lots.

Liked the property very much. Centrally located, clean and functional. The only things I felt would be helpful are a light in the kitchen area and a larger bed area.
