"Nice property but service was lacking. The staff were a bit overwhelmed by the number of guests. At one restaurant they had one staff member working during peak lunch time. This translated to long waits for food and delivery of cold food. Breakfast was a zoo."

"Not my best stay and never screamed the VIP access benefits i get under Expedia gold/hotels .Com gold member. The staff never cleaned my room having requested twice. The inroom dining service and amenities are god slow and awful . Staff doesnt pick up the remaining utensils and never really responds ..."
