This comfortable, modern 2-bedroom unit is ideally situated adjacent to the Country Club and golf course, making it the perfect retreat for golf and bowls enthusiasts. The living areas feature stylish vinyl flooring, creating a welcoming and low-maintenance space to relax.

Please Note: 'Chalkers Unit' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels, tablecloths, etc. You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid, etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

The property was in a good quiet location. Close to club, pool, golf and town. Clean and tidy. Only small issue was an unpleasant odour in the main bedroom, reported to the real estate.

Great Affordable Unit

The unit is located in a convenient location, a short walk to the beach and shops and across the road from the Country Club, where you can go for meals. The unit is well appointed with all the kitchen equipment you need, there is a large washing machine and TV and the beds are comfortable. For those who like kangaroos, I saw them nearly every morning hopping past the house, down to the Golf course. It is in a very quiet location, sometimes at night you can hear the sea. The peachy coloured walls are not as bright in real life, as they look in the photos. Very reasonably priced. I would happily stay here again.
