The ground floor features a double garage, a spacious rumpus room, and a private 5th bedroom with an ensuite. Upstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms, including a master with an ensuite, and a large formal living area that opens onto a vast north-facing verandah. Here, you can unwind while taking in the breathtaking views and enjoying the refreshing sea breezes. The timber kitchen, complete with separate dining and family rooms, ensures everyone has space to gather and enjoy. For entertainment, the home includes a pool table, table tennis, and a gas BBQ, making it ideal for fun-filled days and evenings. Whether relaxing on the verandah or enjoying the many indoor and outdoor features, this property has something for everyone. Additional amenities include a bathtub, boat parking, multiple TVs, a covered outdoor area, outdoor furniture, a dishwasher, a DVD player, a washer/dryer, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and more.
