The unit features two televisions, a DVD player, undercover parking, a microwave, and a laundry equipped with both a washer and dryer. Step outside onto the spacious balcony, complete with a gas BBQ and outdoor setting, and take in stunning views stretching from Back Creek over Trial Bay to the Macleay River entrance. With one of the most spectacular views on the east coast of Australia, this property is sure to make your stay unforgettable. Key features include a covered outdoor area, modern appliances, and all the essentials for a relaxing holiday. Please Note: 'Northpoint Apartment 5' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released. Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting so you will need to bring your own-sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths. You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.
