“We had a great time and Bradley was super helpful and transparent with all communication! This did not effect our stay- (there was plenty of rooms and beds), but the futon count was less than advertised. The location on a cul de sac was excellent and the activities close to the property made the excursions super easy!! Would recommend wholeheartedly!”

“We stayed in the 'Basecamp Double Queen' room, great space and very inviting! The room was large, even had a small kitchen/dining space. The property was beautiful with string lights all around, a nice stone building with an upstairs lounge, a sauna and hot tub that you could schedule time for (free) and several outdoor areas set up to relax with benches/seats. It only took about 5-10 minutes to get downtown Boulder, but felt secluded in the mountains with no cell service so we could just unplug……

“Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay. I booked 4 hotels from Expedia, this is the only one couldn't issue the receipt for me. Asked me to request……
