"Will never return to this property. The staff was RUDE and tried ripping us off for a room that was already paid for. They wanted to charge an extra $40 to have a relative visit us in the room for ONE hour. Not even to spend the night. Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. If I could give zero stars, I would."
"Hotel is nice , the breakfast buffet and the restaurant are first class ! The staff is very nice ! The location is nice and safe , around great restaurants and shops! My only few negative are that the towels are very used and old, pillows feel cheap and uncomfortable , the bed mattress is kind hard and the bathroom needs a update ! "
"Hotel is great. Lovely pools. Beach across the road from hotel is lovely. But it’s a 1 hour taxi from Copacabana beach. There is nothing else near the hotel. All hotels / apartments have gated entry. "
"Spacious, clean room with nice views. The pool, bar, and views from the rooftop were spectacular. The hotel is a bit dated but, at the same time, gives it charm. Staff accommodated a late 2pm check-out. The breakfast was excellent. An easy walk across the street to the beach."
