"No wifi on room. Unconcerned. No hot water in shower. Fixed but only the next day. Shower lacked caulk so water went everywhere. Buffet breakfast everything cold. Cold scrambled eggs. Not room temp. Cold. Left key after day 1for cleaning crew (why they didn't have key?) then when I returned, took 20 minutes to find a key to my room. No one concerned "

Although cleaning was done regularly, the hotel itself looks very worn-out and so the environment is not very pleasant. Even more important, the owner, Arzu, Nuri and all the people working there were immensely helpful to me, they took care of me in these sad and troubled moments, and they helped me to reach the airport at the end. They are so special and I wish them the best. You can rest assured that this is the best choice if you want to stay in Gaziantep."
