“Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has been traveling to Duck for 20+ years and have stayed in many different rental properties. We were very impressed with the spotless condition of Daze Aah View. Everything was labeled nicely; kitchen was well stocked. Comfortable...

“This property is at a great and convenient location for food, shopping, and sightseeing. Wonderful and relaxing views from bother the screened porch and front porch. The path to the beach for Saltaire guests was just across the road,to the left of the brown house. Traffic on the road was totally manageable to cross. The pool was a nice option to have and never crowded. Plenty of pool toys & floats present. The layout was cozy, and worked fine for 3 of us. The rooms are interconnected, so in...

“The property is in a great location close to the beach. The overall property i would describe as tried and needs some work. The bathroom door would not close and the bathroom light would go off and on by itself. The pool had tiles missing on the sides and the bottom had many locations where the surface was peeling and missing paint. With all that said we would not able to use our code at check in and Amanda called and got us in to the property. She was very helpful and friendly. Bottom line we...

“Washer and dryer was listed as amenities but we never found them. Other than that the place was wonderful.”

“We had a great time staying at Duckburgh and even ended up extending the stay twice because we loved it so much! The property was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, especially for sunrise and sunset. The beach was only steps away and not crowded. Mindy was very responsive, nice, and accommodating. It was my first time in Outer Banks and we’re already looking to book another trip back! Highly recommend!”

“Host was super responsive and friendly, easy check-in and great value. The snacks and waters were a nice touch.”

“This ocean view property was perfect for our family! The owners were so helpful and responsive, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The pool was heaven!”

“Great place to stay! Property was well-equipped with everything you might need. We had a fun and relaxing time. Thanks!!!”

“We had a fantastic stay! The condo was very clean and modern. We loved the decor. The whole area was very quiet (especially for peak vacation season) but centrally located to many stores and restaurants. Access to the pool was a huge benefit and during our stay the pool was never crowded. The sunset views over the sound could not be beat, we even ordered take out for dinner one evening to skip the restaurant wait and enjoy the sunset. A few things made a good stay into a great stay- great shower...

“The Saltaire was perfect for our quick trip to the beach! Everything was clean and well-maintained. We were just 2 adults but it would be perfect for a family as well. Steps to the beach, appealing pool, lovely screened in porch - everything we were looking for!”

“This is a great place for a beach getaway. We chose this property because it has the pool and beach right there. It has the old beach house feel to it, the screened in porch is so nice to sit on evenings and mornings when it’s cooler out. Great location too, close to lots of restaurants and the H2OBX water park. The cottage was clean when we arrived and check in/check out instructions were clear and easy. We will definitely book this again if we come back.”

“The place was very nicely decorated and clean. The view was peaceful and the neighborhood quiet. We had a very relaxing time on our girls’ trip. The host communicated within a great timeframe and we had all the info we needed. We didn’t incur any problems while there, but if we had, I feel it would have been taken care of based upon our experience. It’s very convenient to a grocery store and mini golf. The beach is not far, but does require crossing a highway, so we wouldn’t walk. There are...

“The host was excellent with her communication and the property is very nice for the over night stay we needed. The property is a bit older but very well kept and clean. The only issue is that if you need the sleeper sofa you need to go through the bedroom to use one of the bathrooms, but I think this is true for a lot of VRBOS AirB&Bs trying to maximize the space which is understandable. I would recommend this property and this host”

“Beach view was obstructed. Unit different than it looked online ”

“We enjoyed our beautiful stay there… need better luggage carts… Pool, hot tub, and beach were amazing… Condo was beautiful”

“Beautiful clean home, view off the balcony was breathtaking. Our stay was great. Only downfall was person on third floor who lives in the above condo is EXTREMELY loud keeps you awake all night long and starts back up at 5am. We got zero sleep!!”
