“La habitación era amplia con todo Lo necesario para un buen descanso. La cama y almohadas eran cómodas y ropa de cama como toallas estaban muy bien. Había secador de cabello, la temperatura y presión del agua correcta. Estacionamiento delante de la propiedad. El desayuno estuvo correcto. “There are ants inside the toilet. And the shower place is not fully covered so water would spill out which makes the toilet floor very wet. Also there is no lift ,need to climb up stairs to reach the room. Although the host is very kind to come down to pick us up and point us to the room directly, so we don’t need to go higher up to the reception to do the check in. Check in time is strict and reception is not 24 hours open. The view however is amazing, the top floor with the restaurant……

“Die Rezeption ist schwr zu ginden, da diese von einem anderen Hotel mit bearbeitet wird. Dort wurde dann allerdings freundlich geholfen. Das 3 Personen Zimmer ist klein und hatte kein wlan. Die Klimaanlage istvin einer Nische verbaut und kühlt somit nur einen kleinen Teil des Zimmers. Unser Zimmer hatte keinen Seeblick und ab 6.15 wurde es auf der Straße sehr laut, so dass man nicht schlafen konnte.dss Frühstück wird in einem kleinen Café eingenommen und besteht nur aus kaffee und einem……

"We stayed here for three nights. Our room has a balcony with Matterhorn view. It has a perfect view of the Matterhorn, except that there was a construction undergoing and a crane is on the way between our hotel and the Matterhorn! There are actually lots of cranes in Zermatt. The hotel staff told us that it is like that in summer, and that is out of their control. Apart from that, the hotel is very good, new, clean, spacious and very helpful staff! Highly recommended."
