Buffet dinner is mediocre, and the promise of a sandy beach is a downright lie. You walk a few blocks to the beach and it is municipal, no lounger or sunshade. You are not allowed to take the pool towels to the beach. The staff definitely need retraining, as they try to bully you around. Therefore, we asked to setup the second sofabed as the bedroom was very warm. We came back in the evening to find out that the second bed was not setup. We approached a staff member and inquired about the extra sofabed. She started interrogating us as to why we need the extra linen. Her demeanor was very accusatory and rude.
