Hotel is nice but everything is in Japanese although staff was very helpful and tried their best.

the place is great,its our thirt time we tried all the hotels its all good but we think monolith tower is the best❤️ the price is expensive especially if you go on summer or holidays especially obon yasumi the price is double.,but all in all we highly recommend hotel hawaiians resort😍great experience ...
