"Die Bilder auf den Onlineportalen sind leider etwas irreführend. Der Pool ist z.b. bei einem anderen Hotel in der Straße, das aber zu der selben Hotelgruppe gehört. Dafür muss man ganz ehrlich sagen, ist das Frühstück der Hammer und auch sonst ist der Service TOP!!! Fahrräder zum Ausleihen und freundlich bei allen Fragen rund um den Aufenthalt. "We arrived very early but Leah allowed us to check in immediately and she opened the dining area in case we were hungry. She spent a long time on her phone arranging transportation for us for very early the next morning. The building is old, but the rooms were more than adequate and the beds were comfortable. The outdoor veranda was a perfect spot to enjoy wine and cheese from a nearby grocery store."

"Bei unseren Buchung via Expedia waren die Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive. Als wir kamen in den Camping mussten wir das anfragen, sie sagten kosten 5Eur pro Handtuch, wir haben dann unsonst bekommen da in der Buchung geschrieben war. Auch sollten wir 5Eur pro Tag Parking bezahlen, wenn für jede Mobilehome ein Stellplatz ist. Da nachsaison war, haben sie uns nicht kassiert. Auch haben angeboten bis 22 Uhr zu bleiben am check out Tag. Die Küche hatte keinen Schwam, Spühlmittel, Geschirrtücher....

"This hotel is located in the center of Grado near the grand canal. It is very close to dozens of restaurants and shops and 10 min walk to 2 public beaches. Hotel staff was very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful (typical Italian fare). Parking, albeit limited and tight,
is available in a secure area accessible from the hotel’s lobby. Recommend getting a junior suite; the less expensive rooms are very small. "

"This hotel is conveniently located in the center of Grado. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The hotel, however is very basic. The lobby is small and cluttered. The outdoor seating area is mostly occupied by smokers. The room was very small, the shower head was falling apart and the shower was so tiny, we could barely fit. The bed was very hard, small and uncomfortable. Overall, a disappointing stay. "

"Hotel was excellent with helpful front of house staff. Location worked for us as we could easily walk into the town center. Breakfast was very good. Only irritation was that while it is a non-smoking hotel they allow smoking on balconies and don’t separate those who want to do so from others. We had smokers next door and this precluded us getting fresh air and using the balcony.
