I must say we were a little disappointed with the stay overall. I took a look at the photos again and they are a little misleading as the hotel is a lot bigger than the pics, with several additional floors having been added. The 5th floor 'sunset cocktail bar' wasn't built and was just a building site. Our rooms were on the 4th floor overlooking the road but still a great view of the mountains - they were simple clean rooms but stark and had none of the soft furnishings displayed in the photos and no wall art. Our toilet was squeezed in behind a structural pillar which made it a real challenge to go to the loo! The AC was a pain, despite it working well it kept switching off and on again all night. As there are all-inclusive options the quality of the food is average and there is the usual sunbed nonsense, with numpties putting their towels down around 7am...although the pool on the lower level always had availabilty. The reception staff were great, super helpful and friendly. Vlad in particular. All in all it was...OK. The sunset is fabulous and the nearby beaches / coves are a delight but the hotel just seemed too overcrowded and a bit too 'meh' for our liking. Shame.

If you have kids book somewhere else. We booked this place as we had kids. The kids club was dark like a dungeon and disgustingly dirty and just really stinky. Older kids in there were out of control. We have stayed in loads of hotels with kids club and this is the worst by far. The aqua park with the slides (another reason why we booked is only available if you have all inclusive or you pay extra. One member of our party was heavily pregnant so couldn’t use the slides but was still made to upgrade as well as another adult, otherwise she couldn’t go to the aqua park to watch her child. There is no beach nearby, the one we went to was a very long walk, not practical with kids. Overall place was just dirty everywhere, rubbish on the floor. For the whole hotel only one lift was working. They start packing up food from the buffet 15 mins before it ends. People reserve sunbeam with their towels from 7am in the morning and don’t even use them and the hotel doesn’t do anything about it. Front of staff reception were rude and argumentative, especially Elena. One day the corridors infront of our room where we had sleeping kids stand of marijuana. When we reported it we were told “they don’t know who it is”. Another day the toilets stank of cigarettes. We went for a short stay but if anyone books this for their main annual holiday will be hugely disappointed

Very nice , very clean hotel with beautiful view. Kosher food Not for those using public transport. You will need taxi to come down the hill. But hotel provides free transportation once a day.

Nice hotel. Safe area . Unfortunately there is an construction in front of the hotel and there was early noisy trucks, tools and crane. Besides that love the staff and spotless rooms.

Nice accommodation. All amenities included. Well equipped kitchen. Balcony. Hot tubs and gym.
