Property could use a bit of power washing and some paint. Update to memory foam beds, update the appliances and it will be perfect.

This property was so close to the beach that u could just walk out to the beach, but if u remodel- get rid of carpeting. Check in was easy. easy

The room was clean but there were stains on the carpet and window coverings. The aree where you go out the beach was not kept up and the hose was broken. The biggest complaint is the lack of air conditioning. The air was broken our entire stay with the room averaging any where from 88-90 degrees. The owner of the hotel was not concerned and offered no reimbursement or solutions to cool the rooms down I will not be staying here again. I try to support local business, however, I feel like in a larger hotel chain the issues would have been addressed and we would have been refunded our stay.

Rooms are very nice. Like a studio apartment setup. Cozy and spacious. Beach is a very short walk away. Have plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. Definitely going again in the future.
