The location of the room was not good. It was above the garage exit. The second floor looked unsafe. The balcony door could not be closed and was broken.

If I were to rate this property based solely on location, I would give it five stars since it sits directly on the beach. Most rooms have balconies and we enjoyed several amazing sunrises, and time on the beach. Two of the three front desk personnel could have been friendlier. The place itself needs maintenance and updating. They do have a small restaurant which is convenient. The service and food were average. They offer nightly entertainment at a small venue that is attached and looks relatively new. The location is also great. It is near several attractions and good restaurants. With some TLC this place can easily be a five star property.

The parking isn’t great and being charged $30 a day to park somewhere you’re already paying to stay is ridiculous. We couldn’t get into our room for a full day and no one did anything about it until the next day when we were moved into a room with no AC. The WiFi didn’t work. I was told I’d have 2 days of my parking taken off and then was just charged another $40. I’ll never stay here again.
