  • Modern, cozy, and perfectly located! This brand new furnished unit is a short drive from downtown Spokane and steps from Manito Park. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, and all the comforts of the home - ideal for couples, friends, or small families on a short stay.

    We designed this unit with beautiful touches of how we see Spokane and what we love about it! We want you to have the same experiences we do in this neighborhood and enjoy a clean and comfortable space.

    •Please be respectful of the neighbors. The home is in a very respectable and quiet neighborhood.
    •No loud noise or music past 9 PM
    •Please be sure to unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. As well as turn off stove, oven, AC/heater.
    •No Shoes inside the property.
    •No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls.
    •No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
    •No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
    •No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
    •Pets case by case
