Our dog was very happy in the annex building. I wish we could have stayed in the main lodge but I understand pets are not welcome there. Staff was great.

The room was clean but needs a refresh as the colours were tired. The patio was disappointingly small and because it had a solid wood railing instead of glass there was literally no view unless you were standing. I wouldn't pay the extra room fee for a suite with a view next time. I would recommend that directions to the ice machine be posted somewhere in each suite, or near the elevators as it was difficult to find. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location is great; you can walk to downtown and most shops/restaurants.
