The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Excessively dirty stove and or oven will result in a $400 plus charge. Please do not use the griddle if you do not know how to use it or clean it.
Opening locked cabinets and closets and using unapproved bedding/blankets will result in a $200 charge.
Damage to walls, doors and windows, floors, furniture will result in complete repair charges.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Trash needs to be taken out, no wet towels on doors or furniture, no smoking (reservation will be canceled without a refund.)
Close all doors behind you, do not touch or open blinds. There is a charge for any damage to windows or blinds.
No glass, glitter or confetti in the pool room. You must be a 5 star traveler to be able to stay at this property. No setting in the pool.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gregoria's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches throughout the property made our stay so comfortable. Gregoria's hospitality was outstanding—she was always available to help and ensured we had everything we needed for a perfect experience. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming, and well-maintained home away from home. We'll definitely be back for another stay!

What a wonderful property!

My extended family had a wonderful time this passed weekend at this Spring Grove property. Gregoria was a thoughtful, gracious host who provided us with everything we needed and then some! She had a few really special and generous surprises awaiting us! The house description is beautiful, yet still doesn't do it justice. It was spacious, very functional, and really, really beautiful. The kids loved the pool and all the great gear that went with it. I can't think of a thing that could have made our stay better! Thank you, Gregoria!

Amazing Night for my Daughter and Her Friends!

My daughter is graduating high school, so brought a group of her and friends up for a night to celebrate. House did not disappoint!!House was perfectly kept. Had every extra you could ask for. Absolutely one of the best VRBO hosts you’ll see. Indoor pool was amazing. Multiple outside areas….. list goes on. Photos don’t do property justice.ZERO complaints, will definitely bring family back soon for next large gathering.
