“We reserved the hotel for one night a day prior to our planned arrival. Due to unavoidable circumstances we were stranded in Utah and unable to make our reservation. I called to explain we would not be checking in. And also contacted Expedia. Expedia tried to ask the hotel for our money back but they declined and were less than understanding or helpful. I understand policies and am willing to take the fee but for a one night stay booked one night in advance I can’t understand why the hotel……

It has a fenced in peaceful grassy patio we sat out in every evening; beautiful and spacious kitchen/living/dining common space. Plus; no long hotel hallway with room doors banging; you have your own entry door directly to outside. “There was a problem with the lock and the host was almost there immediately after we sent a message and took care of it. The room was warm welcoming and quiet. Although we didn't use the great room it is a truly beautiful facility”
