"We have stayed in this hotel at least 4 times (most recently Nov/Dec 23) and it is in an excellent location and area near the Hauptbahnhof and the main shopping area. It is in very easy walking distance to all the Weihnachtsmarkt locations when there pre-Christmas. The rooms are so clean and have excellent facilities including a reasonable fridge, 43" flat screen tv, safe and now a kettle and mugs etc. for tea & coffee. The large King size double is extremely comfortable.The breakfast is excellent (17 euros) with both hot and cold, albeit we mainly have breakfast from the fridge in the room courtesy of close by Lidl or Rewe supermarkets................ We only have 2 negative comments as follows; (1) occasionally not enough staff on the reception desk to deal with new arrivals or answer queries from existing clients quickly enough and (2) On all our visits (in winter) particularly when very cold, there has been quite a draft of cold air from windows, however this intermittent issue does not outweigh the advantages of staying at this hotel.
