"Sheets were dirty upon arrival for the sofa bed and the sheets on the main bed were filthy (including crumbs and hair) and stained. Very obviously not washed. My kids slept with the two (family of 4) bath towels that were in the unit. The host asked that the comforter be put in the washing machine - but the sheets for the sofa bed were in there already and dirty, probably because there was no detergent provided. I reached out to the host about our issues/concerns and have yet to hear a response."

And the price at $125 plus tax was more than reasonable."

There was a big tear in the upper side of the small couch and the curtains were broken where the closure was. I think they were understaffed. The gal who checked us in, was very nice, but had cleaning gloves on as we must have taken her away from a cleaning job. We’ve always liked Courtyards, but I’m not sure we’ll choose one again. They did have a great shower head."
