All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

I liked that the location of the resort and it was well maintained however, I wasn't pleased with the room. Upon our arrival, the remote to the TV was missing, the robes were missing, no wash clothes were in the room and the dispenser in the shower was hand soap and conditioner vs shampoo and conditioner. The safe didn't work and you had to leave the balcony door open for the AC to go off. The room was freezing and you can't control the temperature.
Staff was great. Food was ok. The steak restaurant and Pepe's were the best. I saw a roach in the sports bar and the Rose Hall. 😭
Overall experience was a 4, I won't not stay there again.
