The rooms were lovely. The staff and service was super. Communications were easily made. We dinned in dining room, the food was pretty good. Perfectly located by the harbour and restaurants, lovely clean rooms with everything we needed, fantastic friendly and efficient staff. Greeted on arrival, very pleasant staff. Room was lovely and very comfortable. Everything we needed was in the room. Including snacks and drinks. Toiletries were replenished. And rooms cleaned everyday. Breakfast was amazing too. Would def return. Only a short bus ride (number 15) from the airport or into St Helier. The solo room is small, as you would expect, but was comfortable, clean and the Wi-Fi is very good. The full English breakfast good and filling but there are some limitations such no cereal, cornflakes, Weetabix etc. Lounge area for guest was quiet and relaxing. I’m sure in the summer is very busy but early spring it was just right.
