"Strongly NOT Recommended – Poor Service and Safety Concerns During our 3-day stay, both the WiFi and washing machine advertised with the property were not working. We contacted the support team several times but received no proper solution, and eventually they stopped responding. Worse still, the fire alarm went off at 6:30am and continued for around 30 minutes. There was no fire, but we received no assistance and had to find the fire panel and stop the alarm ourselves. Harbour Hotel Padstow

Harbour Hotel Padstow

10/10 Excellent
"This is our third stay at this lovely hotel, and once again, it has exceeded our expectations. It never fails to impress, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. The location is fantastic, making it an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area, with the added bonus of being within easy walking distance of Padstow for a relaxing evening stroll and a meal. The staff are consistently friendly, welcoming and attentive, making you feel well looked after throughout your stay. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautifully presented, with a real attention to detail. Although we didn’t dine in the restaurant on this occasion, we have eaten there on previous visits and found the food and experience to be exactly what you would expect from a hotel of this standard. Another thoroughly enjoyable stay. Highly recommended, and we’re already looking forward to returning!"
