This home is located in the coveted and private gated community known as Schooner Landing, located at the very end of the prestigious Plantation, affording you with easy access to the beach and Bob Sikes Cut. This lovely home boasts 4 well -appointed bedrooms and 3 full baths, and features both covered and screened porches, a fabulous observation deck the top floor with amazing views of the aqua Gulf waters and amazing bay sunsets, a private pool with large pool deck and covered gazebo. Hurry and book your next family vacation at this charming island gem!

AMENITIES:: Multiple TVs, DVD player, stereo, well-equipped kitchen, large covered porches, fantastic views of both the gulf and sunsets from the top observation deck, private pool with expanded pool deck with plenty of lounge seating, separate elevated gazebo connects to pool area, concrete parking under house, park-style charcoal grill, boardwalk to beach and Bob Sikes Cut via the designated neighborhood boardwalk. This house does not participate in the St. George Plantation amenities program, so guests do not have access to the community pools, fitness center or tennis courts.
