The room was very clean, staff were friendly and very helpful.
Very convenient location to Gatwick airport. The Whitehouse made the airpot transfer easy and hassle free.
Good place to stay overnight for an early flight.

Would not necessarily say it was worth the money. You opened the curtains to people walking straight past your room so had no privacy and the food in the cowgirl was extremely slow we waiting an hour and 20 minutes for breakfast. The spa is also very small with only 4 beds

Beaverbrook is beautiful. But service (despite plenty of staff) is simply too inconsistent/ poorly trained for the price. Examples include a waitress in the deli being harsh with our 4 year old for sitting in her knees to reach the table, being told to wait 2 minutes for our table but being forgotten for 20 minutes, a room which was much too hot (an resulted in an uncomfortable night) despite having asked for it to be turned down (and told that it had) and promises of things being sorted which weren’t. All left a slightly sour taste.
