A boat landing, kayak launch, bonfire pit and children's playground are all part of this charming property. Visit nearby trails for hiking, biking or walking. The brand new gas fireplace with beautiful floor to ceiling stone, and a coffee/tea bar are the perfect treats after a day of winter sporting. New appliances make cooking easy and a washer/dryer adds to your overall convenience. The owner suite has a king bed. The cozy guest room includes 1 queen and 1 twin bed. A new queen sofa sleeper with air mattress is another comfortable sleeping option.

Great Location on the Water
Loved our stay in St. Germaine!! The lake was the perfect size to explore on our jetskis. Great location within close distance to both Minocqua and Eagle River. Plenty to do in the area - golf courses, mini golf, ice cream and coffee shops, shopping, waterski show, etc. the condo was super nice and had everything we needed!!! Loved the fire pit for fires at night and the private boat launch area/dock space. Thank you!!!!

Beautiful weather only made our stay more enjoyable at this lovely property. Lots of deer everyday. Loons on the lake and eagles flying overhead. Not serious fishermen but rented pontoon to explore the lake and cast a few times. Pontoon rental well worth it. Property well stocked with essentials and owner easy to contact.

Great place to vacation
It was beautiful, clean, and inviting. We just wish we had more time to enjoy. The kitchen/dining area was great with new appliances and modern decor and a nice view to enjoy while eating. The sofa sleeper (near the fireplace) is really cool with the built-in blow-up mattress... my son was impressed. We were also grateful the town-home was on the 1st floor; it helped make our breakfast on the patio a pleasant experience. We didn't get to use the 2 kayaks or swimming area until the last day, primarily due to our schedule, but we're thankful to have the access. Having 2 bathrooms was a 'must' for our family and they were very nice. We had a 'snafu' for check-in partially due to our lateness of arrival. In searching for the specific town home in the dark, we picked up a nail (or equivalent) that flattened our tire. Although AAA was of no value, a neighbor came to the rescue, replacing the wheel with the also flat spare and filled it with air, making it possible to get a new tire the next day. And our host even gave us a refund to offset some of the cost of repair. And they gave us a late checkout which made up for time spent to repair the wheel. We're grateful. We'd love to come back.
