The hotel was self serve. I was sent a QR code for the outside door and my room key as well as the parking garage. It was supposed to come in a txt but I ended up have to search my email for the code. It was sent after we had already paid for the parking garage. It took the room scanner a few tries before it would actually scan. We never had to interact with the staff.

The staff was great. Courteous and helpful. The property condition wasn’t the best. The tv remote didn’t work so they had to replace it. There were gnats in the bathroom and my daughter said she saw a roach. The toilet seat was missing a screw so it was not secure. There was no fridge in the room.
