This urban oasis is a two-story full brick home that was built in 1922. It has 3 bedrooms upstairs. 1 full bath upstairs and a half bath on the first level. As our guest you will have full privacy and access to all the comforts the property offers. This home is great for couples, long term stays, family vacations, concerts, ballgames, friends and business travelers. The property is close to all things St. Louis. Stay for a few nights or weeks. We are within 6 miles of some of the biggest venues and attractions. The property offers two king beds and one queen adjustable bed, with an additional sofa bed if needed. A fenced in yard with an outdoor Ring system, and the detached garage parking provides an additional level of security. This property is not handicap accessible.

The Lands

This house was wonderful for our visit to St. Louis to see the Savannah Banana's. The house is beautiful and well stocked. My family and I had a great stay.

This property was the best overall properties we have stayed at over the last several years. The attention to detail in all provisions were outstanding! It was quiet and comfortable. We appreciated having access to the garage since we had a car rental. House was easy to get to and close in proximity to all the attractions we were interested in seeing. It is close to Hospital if someone needed a homey place nearby.

Great Historic House

We really enjoyed our stay- it was the perfect place for a family get together. The house was spacious and clean. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably, and the shower accommodations were fantastic. We will stay here again if we ever find our selves in Saint Louis!

The place was fantastic! Really well equipped and very clean. The hosts were very responsive - we had a small issue during our stay and they were quick to respond and fix the issue. Would definitely stay here again!

Superb stay

Our stay was amazing! The home is clean and inviting! The hosts are wonderful and have thought of everything for their guests. Checking in and out was easy and the hosts were friendly and receptive to communication during our stay. We felt the property was centrally located for everything we wanted to do. I will definitely stay here again if we return to St. Louis. There is so much to do, so that's a good possibility.

Amazing home and hosts!

Home was equipped as if it were my own. Furnishings were wonderful and rooms were well decorated.Loved having a garage for added security. We will definitely recommend The Lands to others, and will stay again.

Thanksgiving in STL

Was in town to visit with family for the holiday. I am so thankful that my oldest son suggested a VRBO instead of a hotel or staying with relatives. The property was extremely nice and well taken care of and had all of the conveniences that we could have hoped for!

We had a great experience and the host went above and beyond for us to make our stay especially stress free and enjoyable. Quiet little neighborhood. Beautiful home with modern amenities with everything you could need and more. Next time we’re in town for another tournament we will absolutely stay here again if it’s available!

A wonderful home in an older neighborhood

What a wonderful stay we had at The Lands! We stayed just over a week and found the house suited our family of four perfectly! The home has so much character and is one of the best appointed homes we have ever stayed in. It felt cozy and like home. It also provided the ideal base for exploring St. Louis! The cathedral basilica, zoo, museums, and so many other points of interest are nearby and the main roads are easily accessible. We would love to stay here again!

Comfy home with everything I needed

Denise was easy to communicate with, we were able to get an early Check-in, the home was exactly what I expected. I wanted a St. Louis feel, but a little updates. It was comfortable and roomy in the bedrooms, the living room and dining room were perfect for the 6 of us. The kitchen was amazing with everything we needed. We had a great stay there with the family.

Perfect!

This is a beautiful home with all the comforts anyone could think of. Interesting city with so much to see and do. We felt very safe here and the location is perfect for quick access to downtown areas like the arch and sport events. We would definitely look at returning to this home if we return to STL.

It was like staying in a really lovely home. Every time I wished I had remembered to bring something it would appear. Check in was simple and easy and we were close to both the airport and many of St. Louis attractions. I would stay again with no hesitation.

Wonderful Stay

The home was cozy and cute, and Miles and Denise truly thought of everything. From snacks to spare chargers and toiletries, the home was equipped with more than I would have expected. It truly felt like a cozy home away from home. The neighborhood surrounding the home can be a bit rough, but the community is making great efforts to improve the properties, and you truly can’t go wrong staying so close to so many STL landmarks. I would definitely book another stay here.

Perfect for Our Stay

When you walk in, you'll notice it smells fresh and clean. After you turn the alarm off, you'll notice how beautiful the interior and living arrangements are. As you search for a plate to have a snack, you'll notice that the house has everything you need, more than you expect, with all the amenities of home. This place was Fabulous! This is St. Louis, so the neighborhood needs help. The owners of this rental are doing just that. I applaud the owners for investing in my hometown.

The Lands is a beautiful home away from home with lots of character and yet also has all the latest technology, making our stay very comfortable. Extremely clean with many extra thoughtful touches. We felt the hosts have a high level of excellence that is refreshing. Welcome use of all the snacks, coffee, and basic foods stocked for us. Communication with Miles was easy and clear. Thanks for the hospitality! St. Louis was great….we spent 3 days going to the City Museum, Forest Park, and the Zoo…all wonderful!
