"This was a spectacular stay, through and through. Every interaction and experience pleasant. From top to bottom. The best in the biz, so accommodating and helpful and kind. Fell in love with Schenectady as a result. You have to have the coffee at Graham's Coffee Parlor in the main level. Also, be mindful of the work it takes to maintain such a place, and then revel in their vision and the comfort abound. Will be back. Grateful for everything. History lives here. "
"My stay was excellent the only problem I would say is the carpet, and some of the bed linen really need to be replaced. I always bring my own beddings. The staff was excellent all around, very friendly, and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I was so comfortable I stayed an extra day."
