Good location for the Howe Caverns
The location seems a little shady. The hotel entrance is pretty. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom was decently clean. When we checked in we were given a hot cookie.
In the morning, the person that checked us out, was not very pleasant. she was rude and not courteous.

Union College Mom
The hotel is less than 2 miles to Union College and it's less than 2 years old. Great location, terrific breakfast and ultra clean rooms. Can't ask for more! Will stay again.

Elegant stay away from the crowds
We loved the warmth of our welcome and the friendliness of the innkeepers. The wine and cheese on the wide porch was the perfect end to a day of sightseeing in Saratoga. Breakfast was beyond our expectations. the selection was wide and all our choices were delicious.

Forgotten iPad returned.
We accidentally left an iPad in the room. Housekeeping turned it in. Ron called us so we could arrange to get it. They handled it honestly and professionally.

Very nice, but bed not very comfy
We enjoyed the ambiance of a boutique hotel right in the middle of downtown Schenectady. Unfortunately, the king bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was very nice, as was the kitchen area, but the floor squeaked loudly when we had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Nice hotel close to casino where we were going.
Will probably be a lot easier to get to once nearby construction is completed.
