"I had a very good surprise!! The hotel is completely refurbished, all the rooms and stairs were renovated and are very clean and comfortable!!! The decorations in the hotel also make it as very nice experience in middle of Nature. The staff is very friendly and helpful, no costs for the parking place and the breakfast is delicious!!! The only negative point is the shower, the water get hot and cold all the time, difficult to get a comfortable adjust. But I really recommend the place."

"Die Unterkunft wäre für unseren zweck ausreichend gewesen. Aber leider mussten wir feststellen, dass die Rollläden nicht funktionierten und die sauberkeit nur am Boden festzustellen war. An der Decke im Bad und im Schlafbereich waren leider lauter Spinnweben. Davon waren wir weniger begeistert. De Eingangsbereich zum Gebeude lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Auch in Sachen Sicherheit."

"Der Einstieg auf die Skipiste ist direkt vor der Tür. Das ist supercool. Der Raum zum Trocknen für das Equipment ist im Preis enthalten und frei zugänglich. Die Zimmer sind klein, sehr sauber und hübsch zurechtgemacht. Das Personal war an allen Ecken sehr freundlich, höflich und zu vorkommend. Alle Fragen wurden höflich beantwortet. "Ausstattung war sehr einfach gehalten. Die Sessel total veraltet und durchgesessen. Da konnte man nicht sitzen. Die Ausstattung war insgesamt aus den 90igern. Kein Service. Es ist kein Hotel zu wohlfühlen. Alles wird auf Sparflamme gehalten. Die Sauna ist defekt, oder wird zumindest so erklärt. Die Handtücher sind genauso alt wie die Einrichtung und völlig inakzeptabel. Das Frühstück ist sehr überschaubar. Brötchen, 3 Sorten Wurst , 2 mal Käse, Eier gibt es auf Zuteilung das dauert dann 10 Minuten. Das Restaurant bietet maximal 3 Tagesgerichte , diese stehen angeschlagen auf einer Tafel. Der Gesamteindruck ist einfach schlecht! "
