“very nice host family! they never forget to pick you up and return you to the port. they keep improve and do renovating the flat, so the flat is always lovely and brand new with a lot of their art works. we are surprised by his very lovely breakfast basket as compliment - the self make fruit jam is yummy. they also provide a lot of value added services and you will find it out :) The next time if we visit Greece again we definitely will choose them again! thanks for hosting! ^^”

“Travaux encore en cours quand on est arrivés. Pas de réception, ce sont les ouvriers qui nous ont donné la clé de la chambre qui n’était pas celle qu’on avait réservé. Heureusement le petit dej et la dame qui préparent au top . On a l’impression que l’établissement est à l’abandon les transats dehors sont en mauvais état poignée des fenêtres cassées …”

They arranged everything we asked for including atvs. Beautiful property with fantastic views. Great central location and easy access to all parts of the island. ”

Our hotel room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. One area for improvement is the breakfast, which could be warmer, particularly the eggs & a toaster to toast your bread. “Convenient location on the town edge. Everything is still walkable from here. You are however surrounded by construction activities at the moment. Was some minor issues with cleanliness of the room on my arrival. ”

“Even before arrival, Mary reached out. Upon arrival she was extremely efficient, helpful and friendly! Melagrana is a beautiful hotel with a lovely outdoor patio, and evey room amenity one could need. The location is prime for access to the port, restaurants, transportation and shopping. Shower had good water temp and pressure. Bed and linens were top notch! And the breakfast was the most amazing! Thank you again for everything!”

“Giannis was very attentive and customer oriented. He actually drove us to our room in 2 groups. The reason I rated the overall trip at 2 stars was the billing problem. I paid the bill in advance through Hotels.com. Dimitri (I’m not sure his role) told me this shouldn’t have happened. He tried to bill me full price again. Even after I showed my receipts and bank statements. He was not transparent and he wasted our time we should’ve been enjoying the island. Specifically he wasted an hour at……

“The hotel room was spacious and clean. Nice owner who made sure we were comfortable. It's possible to walk from the hotel to the port and all the surrounding restaurants. Just don't take luggage with you on that road, the sidewalk is intermittent. ”
