WOW and WOW - 360 Estates LUXURY confirms this amazing HOME on the market, the only one available on AIRBNB.
Our home have a peaceful design by nature, have very large SPACES and LIVING AREAS. The top floor the guests are welcomed by a beautiful open space with a fully equipped kitchen and PRIVATE access to a beautiful seafront Terrace right on the seafront with outside furniture.
All the bedrooms are beautifully made with the highest quality which gives vibrant sensations throughout.
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever! Kitchen is equipped for both long and short term rentals !
Living area| A beautiful area, all seafront with a comfortable sofa and a SMART TV + WIFI. Also accessible is one of the nicest terrace in St Pauls, with breathtaking views where our guests can relax, eat and enjoy the scenery. The terrace is also fully equipped.
Bedrooms| The first 2 bedrooms are accessible from the entrance of the first part of the home, they are both king sized beds, one is with ensuite.
Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and towel`s. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.
Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms.
Apartment is equipped for long and shorter stays.
24/7 Access to all the amenities of this home.
The home location forms part of St Paul`s islands, beautiful to say the least. Just down the road is also swings and slides, perfect for family or just to hang out.
Also within walking distance you will find convenience stores, the beach and also the beautiful promenade leading all the way to bugibba square and aquarium, apart from all the super tasty restaurants.
The bus stop is just round the corner from the apartment making it very easy and cheap to travel.
- Also ample of free parking is available around the area.
It is important to have Access to Airbnb messaging system, general issues best is to ask from there as it is where we can help you as fast as you deserve.

Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
