From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely attentive — they greeted me warmly and always listened carefully to what I requested, which made the whole experience feel very personal and relaxed. The spa facilities were excellent and perfect for unwinding. Breakfast and dinner were both fantastic, with a great variety and really high-quality food — everything was fresh, well presented, and delicious. One suggestion would be to label vegetarian food in green so it’s easier than reading all labels & not mixed near the meats. Chef was great & if something was suited would cook if requested but was never needed. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay with outstanding service. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing break with great food and exceptional staff."

"All areas of the hotel were clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. The food was good, not excellent, it was buffet style but you didn’t get to plate it yourself. Good choice of drinks with All inclusive. Didn’t get to use the pools, only small but the looked good. We would probably book again. "
