This old farmhouse has just been completely renovated to a high standard. It offers: \- 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms: \- 2 double master bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and separate toilet, with the same floor plan; \- 4 twin or double bedrooms (double beds available on request) with en suite bathroom and separate toilet; \- A top-of-the-range, well-equipped kitchen; \- A very large living/dining room that also offers a mezzanine serving as a children's area with a large TV and play area. The living room features a fireplace with a TV above the hearth; \- The kitchen and living/dining room benefit from plenty of natural light thanks to the many bay windows surrounding them; \- A terrace alongside the house, sheltered by a canisse pergola, accommodates a large dining table for 12 and an outdoor lounge. The south-facing garden offers a second outdoor lounge in the shade of the pine trees, ideal for an aperitif; \- The pool (which can be heated) is surrounded by a terrace covered by a canisse pergola over 20 meters long, with a huge bench on one side for lounging or enjoying a drink with a group, a second large dining table in the center for 12 people, and a top-of-the-range outdoor kitchen (gas barbecue/plancha, invisible induction hob, fridge, professional ice-maker, dishwasher). 8 deckchairs surround the pool; \- The air-conditioned house is set in 9,000 m2 of fenced grounds.
