In addition to a private guard security controlling the Golf Domain, a video system control outdoor premises of the property to ensure security and good respect of rental agreement. Pool water can be heated (Total Nights of Stay x 90 euros/night) if traveler desires so, but Host must be notified 72h in advance. Extra pool heating cost to be settled by arrival. Please check the conditions and temperature available depending on the season of the year on the Rental Agreement or ask the Host for further details. Please note that the booking amount provided at the time of your reservation takes already into account the extra costs for additional travelers above 8\. That is, if you enter a booking for N travelers, you booking stay accounts for N persons, and N persons only. Any additional stay above N shall be booked or settled by the time of check-in, at a rate of 35 euros/night/per extra person above 8 travelers. There are no other extra cost other than the cost for heating the pool. Each additional bedroom request will be made available at a rate of 70 euros per night (that is, bedroom occupancy is understood to be for 2 persons at a rate of 35 euros/person). L'emplacement est vraiment idéal et pratique pour visiter toute la Provence, entre Alpilles et Lubéron : une magnifique maison de campagne provençale (Mas) construite dans un parc privé de 3000 m², idéalement située, à 40 minutes de l'aéroport de Marseille et de la Camargue et ses plages, 30 mn des gares TGV d'Avignon ou d'Aix-en-Provence, 30 mn d'Arles, d'Avignon, de Saint-Rémy et des Alpilles et de tous les fabuleux villages du Luberon. The home is spacious, extremely well-equipped and beautiful to enjoy. The grandchildren loved the games, pool and space. The property is simply huge and as you enter the rustic beauty is enchanting and the view over the swimming pool and down the 15th fairway is simply magnificent even if you are not a golfer. The bedrooms and facilities are great. Our hosts Jean-Louis and Erica were brilliant. In total we were a party of 14 and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Marseille airport is 45 minutes away.
