The villa has no opposite or joint ownership. To access the villa, take the Chemin du Pieou used only by residents of the properties With its large bay windows, the spacious living areas are bathed in light. The villa consists of a fully equipped contemporary kitchen Living room and dining room. 3 bedrooms each with their bathroom and wc 1 bedroom with a 180x200 bed and 2 bedrooms with a 160x200 bed The services are of high quality: branded household and bathroom linen are provided. The bedding is new A guest toilet Secure swimming pool Outdoor barbecue Balinese kiosk Mini football pitch and ping ping table The garden and the swimming pool are regularly maintained. It is a beautiful, spacious and well equiped villa. Although a little too far to walk into town, in the summer heat, this fact was more than made up for by the stunning views of the Alpilles.
