You'll probably see St. Stephens Cathedral in the skyline before you actually find this incredible place of worship. Look around inside if it's open or just appreciate the facade from the street.

You'll have no end of sightseeing choices in Brisbane Central Business District. St. Stephens Cathedral is a great place to begin here, but there are plenty of other interesting spots to discover. Suncorp Stadium, Roma Street Parkland, and The Gabba are not far from the principal church and will fill in your day nicely.

I didn't like that the weekend cleaning staff weren't very thorough. In room dining menu was scarce of meat dishes, but the food was delicious anyway. There was also a Sundays and public holidays surcharge on room service. However the room itself, was fantastic! The view was nice, the room and furniture were neat, tidy and clean. An in-room coffee pod machine with complementary pods and bottled water. The bed was extremely comfortable and luxurious. The staff were great and very helpful. Unfortunately there was no information upon/during booking about the gym and pool currently being under renovation. This was very disappointing as access to these facilities were at 2 seperate locations within an 800m radius of Ovolo. This was disclosed to me only at check-in.
