“I left this hotel covered in bite marks — I have clear photos. Staff removed the mattress protector on the spot, then later denied everything and blamed the guest. I was forced out in a foreign country with no help and my luggage still inside. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Excellent hotel with a great vibe. There’s a free boat ride, and the staff’s attitude is 10/10 — everyone is ready to help, which feels very warm and friendly. Some rooms have been renovated and are spacious. There’s a convenience store right outside the door, which is very convenient, and there’s also a bus stop and a park nearby. It’s quiet, yet easy to get around. I would choose this hotel again."
