I read reviews before my stay learning about the renovations going on at the hotel. What I didn’t see in reviews prior to my stay is how poorly maintained the site is and the individual rooms consequently (or not consequently) of those renovations. Furniture, faucets, carpets, curtains, etc are so worn and look dirty. There so much dust in the corners of the room and bathroom. When I arrived, the toilet paper was 60% used up and crinkling. Drawers are broken, closet door missing, smell of room is off, I was given dirty towels (smells like laundry but had obvious stains). The faucets had mold growing and their breakfast area was dirty and coffee machine was not working. Shower curtain had holes. Very few good things to say about this place to be honest, I was happiest when I checked out.

"Not a horrible experience. The room was clean and spacious. Only downfall was the air conditioner shutting off. It was frozen because we had it on 72⁰, we had to keep getting up to reset it because the room kept getting warm. We mentioned it to the front desk and all we were told was "sometimes they ..."
