The seas are full of life, but also full of dangers. Plan an outing to Stavanger Maritime Museum for an education in nautical history and how humans conquered the high seas. Visitors in this destination have heaps of options. People have said, "Art teaches nothing, except the significance of life." Wonder at the profound works at Rogaland Art Museum, and take a moment to picture the story behind each piece. Still got time to spare? Nothing gives us an insight into past times quite like old houses. Why not take a guided tour around Ledaal and learn a few tales about what went on behind closed doors?
When we think back over our travels, we usually remember experiences rather than our ritzy hotel room and its view of the beach. Ready to start making some new vacation memories?
if you're searching for something unique to do, we suggest trying out a Stavanger Self-Guided Audio Tour.
If you'd rather check out a complete list of activities, go to our Stavanger things to do page.

The location was perfect and the staff outstanding. Parking was not on-site but there was a parking lot really close to the hotel.
They were very accommodating for ice Nd made excellent recommendations for places to eat. Fabulous Personal service
Good and pretty new but very basic hotel. No teapot in the room, not even a tissue box. The room was small but clean and quiet. The location can be called central considering the size of the city, but driving to the hotel was easy as it's not directly in downtown. A parking garage is in the basement ...
Loved staying in Stavanger. Able to walk to other areas from the hotel. parking was a little hard to get into but we did ok.
Easy to check in with the code system. Didn’t like the elevator not going to the top floor. Needed to use the stairs for the last level with all our luggage.
I really liked people's kindness and the way they helped if I had questions or troubles. The rooms were cleaned up every day, it was a nice experience.
Close to central, takes 5mins to walk. Room was renovated. Nearly brand new kitchen so you can cook yourself but there was no knife. We asked reception a knife for cooking they gave me cutlery knife. Service should be improved. The building still on renovation process but we did not hear any noise ...
